Healthcare is more than clinical expertise—it is also shaped by the environments and systems that support care delivery. As part of our ongoing modernisation and refresh of public healthcare facilities, this initiative integrates infrastructure upgrades with critical IT systems to enable safer, more efficient, and patient-centric care.From enhancing clinical spaces to ensuring the seamless deployment of IT systems, these projects play a vital role in improving how healthcare teams operate and how patients experience care. This internship offers a rare opportunity to be involved in both the physical and digital transformation of a live healthcare environment.
We are looking for driven and detail-oriented interns to support IT workstreams within active hospital renovation and upgrading projects. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in coordinating IT deployments in a complex, real-world healthcare setting.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
• Track and monitor IT project progress across multiple workstreams
• Manage IT asset inventory—mapping equipment to exact deployment locations
• Coordinate onsite IT setup with engineers and application teams
• Gather and document user requirements to support system readiness
• Attend site walks to assess and plan optimal placement of IT assets
• Support planning and execution of full-dress rehearsals (FDR) and system verifications
• Be part of go-live activities—ensuring systems are operational and ready for use
About you:
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Graduating in May 2027
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders—from engineers to end users
• Curious, proactive, and ready to learn in a fast-paced setting
• A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
