The intern will join the team to provide support in the areas of digital marketing and consumer engagement services for HealthHub to elevate residents' digital health literacy across HealthHub channels. This will cover marketing scope for HealthHub website as well as mobile application.

 

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

 

Content partnership:

  • Assist in content partnership projects such as but not limited to content optimisation for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and social media content collaborations.
  • Organise content partnerships' events such as but not limited to training sessions, workshops, and other partner engagement activities.
  • Act as a supporting liaison for HealthHub content partners for day-to-day tasks related to digital marketing, content and the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Perform content editing and/ or publishing duties to keep health content on HealthHub website updated.
  • Work with agency to prepare quarterly content partners' performance reports.

 

Social/digital marketing:

  • Assist the digital marketing team to plan and develop social content calendar for HealthHub Telegram and TikTok.
  • Provide support to conceptualise creative storyboards and propose relevant messaging in developing in-house social assets.
  • Sourcing and coordination of filming logistics, schedules and talents.
  • Liaise with agency on any campaign related works (if any).
  • Provide support to execute email marketing initiatives
  • Follow up on SEO recommendations to improve content searchability on HealthHub website.
  • Work with agency to prepare monthly reports (VOC, SEO).

 

Market research/user engagement:

  • Assist in Voice-of-Customer (VOC) strategy, tracking Net-Promoter-Score (NPS) survey, setting up of Qualtrics surveys and/or coordinating Health Beats engagement activities.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027 
  • Knowledge in social media marketing, SEO marketing
  • Knowledge in content marketing partnerships, campaign management and execution and market research
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
