Synapxe has implemented ServiceNow SPM, or Strategic Portfolio Management. It is a solution that aligns business goals with IT investments and operational execution through a single, integrated platform. It helps Synapxe manage the entire lifecycle of the projects and initiatives, from demand management to resource allocation, financial planning and project delivery.
- Work with Technical Analysts or Process Leads to discuss and recommend solutions to improve processes, systems, and products.
- Gathering and analyzing data, documenting requirements
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing.
- Other key responsibilities include assessing current processes, creating reports with data-driven recommendations, supporting project management and change management efforts.

About you:
- Pursuing a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Infocomm & Security or related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and requirements is a key skill.
- Using tools like Microsoft Visio to create visual representations of workflows and system designs but not compulsory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
