This internship provides hands‑on exposure to innovation and AI initiatives, with a focus on delivering Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) solutions. The intern will work with both business users and technical teams to support the design and implementation of AI‑driven utilities, while gaining practical exposure to real‑world enterprise processes, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also offers experience in resource demand management, operational coordination & process improvement. Overall, the internship aims to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills through meaningful contribution to ongoing projects.
The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:
- Supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of POC and POV initiatives under the Innovation and AI track
- Collaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and support systematic implementation of AI‑based and innovative utilities
- Supporting day‑to‑day resource demand management activities, including tracking, analysis, and coordination
- Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve existing processes, tools, or operating models
- Gaining exposure to enterprise governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices
About you:
- Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management or related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or cloud concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or IT governance concepts
- Exposure to scripting (Python / PowerShell)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and curious with a desire to learn about organisational change
- Passionate about improving how organisations deliver and adopt change, especially in the context of HealthTech
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
