The selected intern will participate in, but not limited to, the following:
- Support the project through its lifecycle phases (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) with a focus on patient management data migration from SAP to NGEMR.
- Assist in analysing and documenting data migration requirements, including data mapping between SAP and NGEMR, data conversion rules, data formats and file specifications.
- Participate in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to validate migrated data and confirm that NGEMR requirements are met.
- Execute and document test cases for patient master extraction, data conversion, and data synchronisation; log and help track issues raised during testing.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure migrated records are accurate and complete.
- Work closely with interfacing system teams, vendors, and end users to gather clarifications, coordinate fixes, and support data-related queries.
- Prepare clear status updates, test reports, and defect summaries for project stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc data analysis tasks to troubleshoot migration issues and recommend remediation steps.
About you:
- Pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint, Microsoft SQL
- Driven individual with good management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
