Position Overview
- You will lead the Secretariat team and manage the Solution Review Board (SRB) and Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance operations, ensuring seamless execution of weekly review sessions, comprehensive project tracking systems, and strategic alignment with healthcare sector objectives.
- You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing SRB/ARB operational procedures, templates, and governance frameworks that ensure consistent and effective project evaluations across the healthcare sector.
- You will drive organisational governance excellence, support high-quality technical assessments, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Governance Leadership
- Lead the Central SRB and ARB governance team, overseeing weekly SRB sessions (approximately 38 annually) covering 200+ solution review items and monthly ARB sessions covering 30+ artefact items.
- Work with the Governance lead to implement governance improvement initiatives, including process automation, template enhancements, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Provide oversight of submission quality, maintaining pass rates for completeness checks despite increasing submission volumes.
- Drive alignment with Digital Health Master Plan (DHMP) objectives and technology roadmap initiatives.
Operational Excellence and Process Management
- Ensure conditional approvals achieve follow-up closure within specified timeframes through systematic tracking and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain response standards of governance queries addressed within the stipulated lead-time.
- Oversee technical review assignments, ensuring timely allocation of architects for review.
- Manage cross-governance support for PPSC, IEC, and local SRB secretariats, facilitating pre-review sessions and process guidance.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide direct supervision and development guidance to administrative staff, including performance management and capability building.
- Lead training and capability development initiatives, conducting webinar sessions and clinic programmes for project teams across healthcare clusters.
- Foster collaborative relationships across ITDG divisions and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practice development within the governance community.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Develop and deliver targeted communication strategies to enhance submission quality and governance awareness.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across healthcare clusters, project teams, and architectural communities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in governance, process management, or senior administrative roles within complex organisational environments. Minimum 5 years in IT governance, enterprise architecture, or healthcare technology environments.
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced qualifications in project management or governance frameworks preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in IT governance frameworks and healthcare technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional team coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
