Service Analyst - .net App Support (ERP Apps Ops)

Role & Responsibilities

• Functional Analyst role for IT application support and maintenance
• The candidate is responsible for daily application support, system and batch job monitoring, SSL certificate renewals, vendor management and contract renewals, manage network penetration testing and overall system maintenance
• Liaise with stakeholders from public healthcare institutions, vendors, internal integration teams and management for reporting and support
• Manage deployments outside office hours

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT application support and maintenance
• Hands-on expertise in MS SQL, application troubleshooting, interface management, .NET applications development and support
• Experience in vendor management and contract renewals
• Ability to support deployments and perform system monitoring
• Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders — users, vendors, and integration teams to ensure smooth end-to-end system performance
