Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage NGEMR Epic Integration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Involved integration efforts, ensuring accurate data exchange between NGEMR and other healthcare systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define integration requirements and design optimal solutions.
  • Dive into KTLO integration issues, troubleshooting and resolving system interface challenges.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous integration improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare integration and data standards, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical and business units, to enhance system usability.
  • Plan and manage assigned test projects according to NGEMR roll out timeline.
  • Oversee testing related projects for operational requirement such as Major change requests as assigned.
  • Evaluate testing processes and controls to identify gaps and risks.
  • Manage project progress, coordinate, and adapt work as required.
  • Prepare testing plan and coordinate testing activities with cluster testing team, Application Analysts, Functional Analysts, project managers and test managers.
  • Supervise daily activities of NGEMR Testing team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist team in testing processes and issues as needed.
  • Review testing defects/findings and prepare testing reports to management/stakeholders as required.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing testing documentation.
  • Be involved in testing milestones review against plan and support Test Lead in creation if detailed reports for executive.

Requirements

  • Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical field, (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline),
  • Work in rapidly changing environment with time constraints
  • Basic understanding of workflow/process within the hospital and clinic setting
  • Basic understanding of interface configuration, testing processes and procedures
  • Good documentation and handoff skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with the legacy teams and end users
  • Energetic, Pro-active with a sense of urgency to do things and a strong desire to learn
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Experience working on Integrations Projects preferable in healthcare domain is an advantage
  • Experience developing and supporting web based applications using C#,  SQL, IIS, or other technologies preferred
  • Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services and XML required
  • Experience working with Rhapsody/Cloverleaf is an advantage
  • Basic Project management skill
  • Knowledge in Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimation and Test Methodologies
  • Knowledge of tool sets across test and issue management
