The One Infra Monthly Report consolidates operational, performance, and KPI data across multiple departments within One Infra. Currently, the process relies on manual data extraction, Excel-based transformations, and Tableau dashboards, leading to inefficiencies and potential inconsistencies.
This internship offers a unique opportunity for intern to work alongside with stakeholders to help establish KPI standards, reporting governance, and automation processes that reduces manual effort, improves data quality, and enables faster, data-driven decisions across One Infra.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in:
- Building real-world data pipelines
- Designing executive dashboards
- Developing AI-driven insights for business decisions
By the end of the internship, you will deliver a production-ready solution adopted by stakeholders - not just a prototype.
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
1) Data Integration & Automation:
- Integrate data from multiple sources, standardize datasets, and automate end-to-end data pipelines with scheduled refreshes
2) Dashboard Development & Visualization:
- Enhance and build Tableau dashboards with improved usability, filters, and drill-down capabilities
3) KPI Framework Integration:
- Define, standardize, link and track KPIs across departments within dashboards
4) AI-Driven Analysis:
- Develop trend analysis, anomaly detection, and automated insights for reporting
5) Management Reporting:
- Automate monthly report generation and create presentation-ready outputs
6) Process Optimization & Documentation:
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and document workflows
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related discipline
- Basic proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI basics/ Power Query/ Power Automate
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and data flow concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and and SharePoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
