We are looking for intern(s) to join the Enterprise Risk Management team to support Synapxe's risk management and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to enhance risk management processes, develop AI-powered solutions, and explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Power Platform, and low-code application development to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Risk Management & Governance

  • Support Synapxe's risk assessment, risk monitoring, and reporting activities
  • Participate in Risk Management Committee (RMC) meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Contribute to risk awareness initiatives, training materials, and communications
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including dashboard development and reporting enhancements

 

2. AI, Automation & Digital Transformation 

  • Explore and implement AI use cases to enhance risk management processes and user experience
  • Build AI agents, chatbots, and low-code applications using Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and related technologies
  • Support Python scripting, automation, and workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing projects and business processes

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Cyber/IT Security, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Engineering and Media, or a related discipline
  • Interested in Risk Management, Generative AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation
  • Familiarity with Python, Power Apps, Copilot, or low-code tools is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willing to learn new tools to support reporting and data visualisation
  • Open to sharing ideas and contributing to team discussions on risk monitoring
  • Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail
  • Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
