The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
- Assist in the planning and execution of competency framework initiatives, including learning needs analysis, skills assessment, skills mapping, and learning plan development.
- Support vendor engagement and training administration activities, including sourcing and evaluating training solutions.
- Consolidate, analyse, and prepare reports and presentations using learning and workforce data.
- Manage learning records and support administrative activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, class creation, profile assignment, and curriculum management.
- Support the delivery of capability development initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Excellent skills in MS office applications, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving, decision making, & communication skills
- Good to have – experience in event mgmt., digital applications such as Canva, survey monkey, Kahoot, Slido, etc
- Knowledge with any automation tools like Power Automate will be an advantage
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
