Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - Automation & RPA Platform Internship

This internship sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and healthcare transformation, focusing on developing GenAI use cases and driving adoption across SingHealth. Interns will work on solution development, adoption tracking, and user enablement to deliver measurable impact.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

1) Adoption Analytics and Dashboard Development

• Design and develop automated data pipelines and dashboards to track GenAI tool adoption and usage trends
• Collect, clean, and analyse data to generate actionable insights for stakeholders
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to support data-driven decisions on GenAI rollout and outcomes
• Design and administer feedback surveys to complement quantitative insights with qualitative inputs

2) Solution Development

• Support development of 2–3 GenAI-powered use cases (e.g. AI agents, workflows, assistants)
• Prototype lightweight AI solutions using approved enterprise platforms
• Implement prompt engineering, API integration, and usage monitoring

3) User Enablement & Adoption

• Translate use cases into practical workflows for non-technical users
• Conduct training sessions/workshops on GenAI tools (e.g. Copilot, prompt design)
• Support users in adopting solutions into daily workflows

4) Content & Knowledge Assets

• Document technical designs and implementation guides
• Develop structured learning materials (playbooks, guides)
• Produce demo/tutorial videos showcasing use cases
• Document case studies with quantified impact (e.g. time saved, adoption rates)

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline 
• Understanding of IT policy & governance framework or risk management.
• Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing. Automation 
• Proficient in automation practices, exposure to CI/CD, test automation or robotic process automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
