Join a multi-year transformation journey to enhance how Singapore’s national HealthTech agency manages IT operations across 600+ applications. As part of a high-impact team, you will support the development of sustainable IT management capabilities across Synapxe’s product portfolio.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1) Problem Definition & Analysis

  • Apply design thinking, root cause analysis, and data analysis to identify trends, define requirements, and support workshops with diverse stakeholders

 

2) Planning & Project Coordination

  • Assist in scenario planning, risk management, and development of project timelines across cross-functional teams

 

3) Business Process Analysis & Design

  • Analyse and improve IT and business workflows using tools such as value stream mapping and surveys

 

4) Monitoring & Measurement

  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and decision frameworks to track performance, adoption, and KPIs

 

5) Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Engage stakeholders, support workshops, and tailor communication for different audiences

 

6) Governance & Reporting (University Candidates)

  • Support governance processes, develop presentations, define KPIs, and assist in funding proposals and steering committee activities

 

About You: 

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Information Systems,  Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Operations Management, Business, Economics, Industrial & Systems Engineering or a related discipline
  • Keen interest in business analysis, digital transformation, project management, and IT operations
  • Familiarity with process improvement techniques such as process mapping, workflow analysis, or design thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and observations into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Project, Visio, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable analysing data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies
