Are you looking forward to support the team in driving strategic, high-impact programmes and projects related to Generative AI? Join us as a Business Analyst in our Services Planning team.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Support Program Management: Assist in planning and coordinating GenAI projects, including managing timelines, tracking progress, and facilitating agile ceremonies like scrums and stand-ups. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. 
• Enable Strategic Discussions: Contribute to new business and innovation conversations, helping shape initiatives that advance healthcare technology. 
• Event & Engagement Execution: Help organize impactful events and workshops that showcase AI-driven solutions. 
• Communications & Outreach: Draft engaging content for internal updates and social media to amplify program visibility. 
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare concise reports on project status, resource utilization, and key metrics to support decision-making.

About you:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in in Business Administration, Risk Management, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems,  Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Basic understanding of Cloud and Generative AI
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven 
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team "
