We are looking for intern(s) to support our Compliance and Deviation Management (CDM) operations, which focus on monitoring compliance requirements, tracking deviations, and ensuring timely follow-up of issues across systems and processes. The team works with data to understand operational performance, identify gaps, and support better decision-making.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  •  Support data analysis and reporting activities, including preparing datasets and assisting in dashboard development
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding reporting needs from stakeholders
  • Help review and document existing processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflows
  • Assist in project coordination activities, including meeting notes, tracking action items, and supporting team deliverables

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline
  • Basic data handling skills, including familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets (e.g. sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding data and improving processes
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly
  • Willingness to learn and work in a structured project environment
  • Familiarity with dashboards or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus but not required
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
