This internship focuses on automation delivery and platform operations, supporting enterprise tools such as UiPath and Power Automate. Interns will build, maintain, and optimise automation solutions while ensuring operational stability and compliance.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1) Platform Management

 

  • Support UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate operations
  • Assist with onboarding, deployment, and configuration
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance support

 

2) Automation Development and Clinics

 

  • Develop and enhance automation solutions (RPA/bots)
  • Support testing, debugging, and optimisation of workflows
  • Participate in clinics to guide citizen developers and handle queries

 

3) Code Review and Governance

 

  • Support code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with governance and documentation requirements

 

4) Monitoring and Documentation

 

  • Maintain technical documentation (PDD/SDD, playbooks, user guides)
  • Maintain use case repositories, performance tracking, and intranet content

 

5) Training and Event Support

 

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops (logistics, materials, hands-on support)
  • Support outreach and user engagement initiatives

 

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing
  • Have a keen interest in IT Project Management
  • Good understanding of IT governance framework or risk management.
  • Proficient in automation practices, exposure to CI/CD, test automation or robotic process automation tools is a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
