HealthHub is Singapore’s national digital health platform, promoting health education and engagement through accessible, reliable content and digital services. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content partnerships, and campaign execution, supporting initiatives to improve public health literacy and user engagement across digital channels.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

1. Content Partnerships & Management

  • Support content partnership initiatives, including SEO optimisation and social media collaborations
  • Coordinate and organise partner engagement activities such as workshops, training sessions, and events
  • Act as a liaison for content partners, supporting day-to-day content and CMS-related tasks
  • Assist in content editing and publishing to keep HealthHub website information up to date
  • Support health literacy initiatives and studies
  • Work with agencies to prepare content performance reports

 

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of public communication and digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in developing social media content calendars (e.g., Telegram, TikTok)
  • Contribute ideas for creative concepts, storyboards, and messaging
  • Support content production, including sourcing, filming logistics, and coordination
  • Liaise with agencies on campaign execution and deliverables

 

3. Analytics, SEO & Customer Insights

  • Support Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives, including NPS tracking and survey coordination (Qualtrics)
  • Assist in SEO improvements to enhance content discoverability
  • Work with agencies to prepare monthly performance reports (VOC, SEO, campaign insights)

 

About You: 

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline
  • Experience with creative and design tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with content creation and current social media trends
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and content creation
  • Knowledge of SEO, media optimisation, and web analytics
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
