This internship focuses on enhancing the HealthX Sandbox platform experience, with emphasis on improving UI/UX and project onboarding workflows. Intern(s) will analyse user journeys, identify usability gaps, and propose practical improvements to make the platform more intuitive, efficient, and user-centric. The role combines UX thinking, process improvement, and business analysis, with opportunities to translate insights into implementable solutions.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Map end-to-end user journeys and administrative processes to identify UX gaps and improvement opportunities
• Analyse current onboarding experience and propose improvements to navigation, workflows, and user guidance
• Explore opportunities to automate manual tracking and reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases
• Support data cleaning, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Prepare presentations and visual summaries for non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in project coordination and follow up on action items with stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Document project processes, discussions, and outcomes, ensuring artefacts are properly maintained and updated

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems,  Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical thinking and confortable with Data, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with process mapping and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of and commitment to organisational policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in identifying solutions and driving outcomes
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
