Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 - NUHS Meal Ordering System (eMOS) Deployment

The NUHS Meal Ordering System (eMOS) is a unified digital platform implemented across multiple healthcare institutions (e.g., NUH, AH) to standardize meal ordering processes, enhance patient experience, and improve operational efficiency through system consolidation and data integration.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

• Support end-to-end implementation of eMOS including UAT, deployment, and post go-live activities across multiple healthcare institutions
• Coordinate with users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution
• Assist in UAT execution, including test case support, defect logging, tracking, and validation of fixes
• Support system deployment activities, including setup and testing of devices (iPads, printers, barcode scanners, TVs) in live environments
• Assist to maintain and update system documentation (process flows, specifications, and change logs)
• Support AWS-based system understanding, including system architecture and integration with upstream systems
• Support project lifecycle activities (planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live support)
• To improve operational readiness by supporting training and cross-institution system adoption

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems,  Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Have a keen interest in IT Project Management
• Possess basic understanding of Cloud computing, IT Networking and Security.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
