The Population Health Planning team help to drive and deliver healthcare IT strategies for the Ministry of Health (MOH), supporting initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes and population health management across Singapore.
The team is involved in the full lifecycle of planning initiatives—from strategy development and concept formulation to funding approval, implementation planning, and outcome measurement. Working closely with project managers, business analysts, change management specialists, clinical subject matter experts, and healthcare stakeholders, the team ensures that technology investments are aligned with national healthcare priorities and deliver meaningful impact.
1. Strategy & Long-Term Planning
- Support research and environmental scanning to identify healthcare and technology trends relevant to the Population Health domain
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, roadmaps, business cases, and planning materials
- Conduct data analysis and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and programme planning
- Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and outcome measures to assess programme effectiveness
2. Business Analysis & Concept Development
- Support requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement sessions with business, clinical, and technology teams
- Assist in documenting business needs, problem statements, use cases, and desired outcomes
- Participate in concept development activities, including process mapping and solution evaluation
- Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and proposal papers for management review
3. Project Administration & Coordination
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of key milestones and deliverables
- Support meeting coordination, documentation of discussion points, and follow-up of action items
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and governance artefacts
- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities
About You:

Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business, Public Policy, Economics or other related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to take initiative
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate personal leadership and ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about healthcare transformation and leveraging technology to improve population health outcomes
