We are looking for intern(s) to work closely with the Systems Analysts to proactively understand and clarify on user requirements and translate these into system technical design. Working closely with team members, you will deliver quality software programs; participate in system quality testing, deployment and any necessary technical support upon system launch.

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

1. Identify Requirement

• Support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements
• Support the requirements analysis and participate in technical design

2. Develop Applications

• Support the development of application concept, interface design, and architecture
• Support the development of program logic for new applications and features

3. Optimise Applications

• Collect user feedback and generate system report on application performance
• Support initiatives to improve functionality and process flow of applications

4. Maintain Applications

• Support the maintenance and update of existing applications
• Support monitoring of compliance to security measures

About You:

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• Basic programming experience in C# .Net Core, Java, Python or equivalent
• Foundational understanding of: Software development concepts (OOP, APIs, basic data structures), Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL fundamentals)
• Exposure to REST APIs or backend development
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrates curiosity, responsibility and attention to detail
• Awareness of Agile or Scrum development practices
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
