We are looking for intern(s) for our Risk Office team to support the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. You will apply your analytical skills to support vendor risk oversight whilst utilising your creative abilities to develop communication materials and learning programmes.

 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support in third party risk assessments and due diligence activities
  • Track assessment clarifications, action actions and follow up on outstanding statuses
  • Collate third party information for risk analytics and management reporting
  • Assist in policy, procedures and controls development relating to managing third parties
  • Support the implementation of TPRM system
  • Design communication and training materials on third party risk management
  • Build a chatbot for TPRM topics

 

About You:

 

  • Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cyber/IT Security, or Information Systems, Information Engineering and Media, or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles
  • Interest in risk management, regulatory compliance and governance
  • Familiarity with data collection, workflow and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of multi-channel communication
  • Strong analytical and story telling skills, create impactful content
  • Content creation and design communication programme
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
