The selected intern will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by identifying and implementing suitable automation solutions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in both technical and business aspects of business operations.

The responsibilties include but not limited to:-

- Identify automation opportunities by working with various departments to identify existing processes and tasks that can benefit from automation.

- Analyze current workflows and propose areas for improvement.

- Implement incremental automation by assisting in the development and implementation of automation solutions using suitable tools. This may involve using GUI-driven tools rather than traditional coding or scripting methods.

- Develop training materials by creating comprehensive training materials and documentation for users affected by the automation. Ensure that these materials are clear, concise, and helpful in facilitating user adoption.

- Engage with system users to understand their needs and gather feedback to ensure the automation solutions meet their requirements and improve their workflows.

- Technical collaboration with members of the CIO Office and other technical teams to develop and refine automation solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the problem-solving, solutioning process.

- Assist in putting together showcase presentations to demonstrate the benefits and functionality of the automation solutions. This may involve preparing visual aids, conducting demonstrations, and compiling user testimonials.

This role would be based at Connection One - Blocks 167 - 169, Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore 150167 - 150169.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Media, Information Systems, Industrial Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
• Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the following areas is advantageous but not compulsory:
• - Writing scripts for automation.
• - Robotic process automation (RPA) tools and methodologies.
• - Creating process instructions and procedures.
• - Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose suitable automation solutions.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required by the project
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
