We have launched HEALIX, the platform for Health Empowerment thru Advanced Learning & Intelligent eXchange. 

HEALIX is the first comprehensive cloud-based analytics platform for the entire public healthcare sector. It deploys leading edge cloud-native tools, supporting the rapid development of AI models to improve patient care. It brings together the public healthcare sector’s data needs on a single platform and opens up collaborative possibilities and efficiencies to reap the benefits of data driven insights and AI. 

The selected intern will assist in the following:

1. Dashboard Development

• Collecting data from various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch to provide a comprehensive view of resource utilization.
• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect utilization
• Designing intuitive visual representations of the data, including graphs, and tables, to facilitate easy interpretation of utilization trends.
• Implementing role-based access to ensure that only authorized users can view or modify the dashboard.
• Setting up alerts for unusual utilization patterns or thresholds to enable proactive management of resources.

2. Project Management and BA

• Defining the project at a high level, including objectives, stakeholders, and feasibility.
• Developing detailed plans that outline the project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Evaluating potential solutions and recommending the best options to meet business needs.

3. Vendor Management for procurement

• Support the team in engaging in negotiations with suppliers to establish favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support the team in ensuring that procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing risks associated with suppliers and contracts

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline

• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026

• Familiarity with AWS cloud and Tableau 

• Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind

• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
