The selctected intern(s) will assist in the following:

 

1. One Infra Monthly Report Portal

 

To transform One Infra Monthly Report into SharePoint online, including re-engineering the current collation process, reducing redunacies, performing analysis from reports collected and generation of management dashboards.

 

This includes the following tasks:

  • Simplify the existing reports collation process from all One Infra Departments and enhance the submission process.
  • Performing automation and analysis on 4 (EUC, Network, Security and System) main KTLO reports fro management dashboards.
  • Document all the processes.
  • Utilise On-premise automation tools to perform analysis and generation of management reports.

 

2. One Infra KPI Report Portal

 

  • To develop a holistic system for tracking of One Infra KPIs, including data collation from different sources, performing analysis and generation of management dashboards.
  • System must be able to allow entry of different indicators by different departments on a monthly basis. It must be able to generate management reports and perform trending analysis.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline

  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026

  • Knowledge on SQL, ReactJS, SharePoint, Excel/Tableau is required

  • Possess good analytical and documentation skills

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
