The intern will be tasked with exploring solutions to redesign and migrate legacy Cluster Managed Systems to new platforms. Examples of the systems include:

  • Spares Inventory Management System
  • Equipment Tracking and Fault Reporting System
  • Replenishment System

 

Key Responsibilities include:
1) Identify Business Needs

  • Support the Project Manager in collaborating with business stakeholders to identify their needs.
  • Assist in the in-depth analysis of business requirements specifications and feasibility studies for potential solutions.
  • Provide analytical support to develop comprehensive business cases.

 

2) Analyze Business Processes

  • Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development of alternative solutions aimed at streamlining processes.
  • Evaluate the viability and feasibility of potential process improvements.
  • Help develop reports and conduct strategic analysis of business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that requirements are effectively incorporated into system design.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle.

 

3) Manage Projects

  • Support project delivery efforts.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 

4) Explore and Implement Solutions

  • Assist with automation initiatives using tools such as Microsoft PowerApps or Microsoft PowerAutomate.
  • Explore available solutions, including Open Government Products or Microsoft Suite, to enhance system capabilities.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Engineering and Media or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Ability to identify business needs, analyse business process and translate business requirements into technical specification
  • Knowledge in UAT and SIT
  • Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
  • Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

This internship will be at NHG HQ.
