SmartCMS Programme is an open invitation to Clinic Management System (CMS) providers to enhance their CMS through integration with the public healthcare system. It supports the seamless information flow between clinics and the public healthcare systems, and promotes continual engagement and partnership to benefit the Primary Care sector. SmartCMS Programme offers a variety of smart services for CMS providers to increase their productivity, benefiting the clinics and the patients they serve to ultimately improve the patient's experience.

Students will be part of SmartCMS Programme team to support Healthier SG and Age Well SG projects, national initiatives by MOH, focusing on preventive health. Students will gain exposure in various technology skills and will assist on various phases of operation and projects.

1)   Learn about project delivery and involve in various stages of SDLC

• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Application testing
• Project implementation
• Post implementation support

2)   Gain exposure to web services technologies, such as SOAP, RESTful.
3)   Lean how to coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure high quality and timely project delivery.
4)   Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
5)   Develop and maintain documentation such as user stories, functional and technical interface specification etc.
6)   Clear and open communication with users on the project issues or clarification.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management and SDLC concepts
• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
• A passion for improving user experience and understanding user needs in the healthcare context
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
