The objective of the project is to implement a new Enterprise Queue Management System (EQMS), as well as perform any required technical refresh of all  Self-service kiosks PC hardware in the new Public Healthcare cluster.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Support user requirements gathering and documentation for Cluster EQMS
• Coordinate and provide vendor support on the required upgrades (side-by-side store kit)
• Participate in SDLC activities from user requirements gathering, system integration, testing, deployment, implementation and post deployment

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
• Knowledge of system architecture, network and IT security
• Exercise computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
• Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
• Strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
