The Technology Planning Intern will support the Technology Planning Manager in strategic technology planning, IT capability roadmapping, and demand management across multiple healthcare entities. The intern will also assist in managing governance processes, coordination efforts, and documentation support for the Entity Technology Planning Office (ETPO). This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology strategy development and IT governance in the public healthcare sector.

 

Key Responsibilities are:

 

  • Assist in documentation and content creation related to technology strategy development, including IT capability and system roadmaps.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and their potential impact on healthcare IT
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for demand management and workplan activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for discussions with CIO offices and business stakeholders
  • Support the team in coordinating technology planning governance forums and management meetingsSupport the coordination of governance meetings such as CIO meetings, IT workplan reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of minutes, reports, and briefing documents for key forums and governance meetings.
  • Manage tracking of key initiatives, ensuring timely updates and alignment across ETPO workstreams.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, scheduling, and managing document repositories.
  • Assist in special initiatives such as onboarding new technology planning tools or supporting cross-entity projects.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Technology Planning Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in technology planning, IT governance, and digital transformation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
